To ensure a cohesive look, please choose outfits carefully, making sure that your colours complement each other. They don't need to be matchy-matchy, but should not clash. If you are not sure whether an outfit is suitable, please get in touch!
Stay away from busy patterns, brand names showing prominently on your clothing, and bright/neon colours. My style is natural with colours that look alive, so rich colours work well, as do neutral tones. Your choice of outfit may also depend on your chosen location, so if in any doubt, please reach out.
My maternity sessions include complimentary access to my maternity client closet. This means you can borrow a dress or two to wear during your shoot.
If there are no change rooms or clean public toilets, I have a portable changing tent I bring along to shoots!
If you have something more specific in mind, you are welcome to buy or rent your own dress or outfit.
It does not need to be a dress or two piece top + skirt, either. If you're a jeans person, let's build your look around that!
We can also incorporate fresh flowers for a "Flower Top" session (where the flowers become your "top") if you're comfortable showing a bit more skin and celebrating your pregnant body.
Or... if you're a bit more quirky, we can book a longer shoot and develop a theme to show off your baby bump, instead! Curious? Reach out!
I am located in the Hawkesbury and service the Hawkesbury, Hills, Penrith and Blue Mountains areas. Other locations can be discussed and will incur travel fees.

Larger families may need additional time outside of the standard session time frame, depending on the number of people and desired combinations of people (specific shots requested, e.g., individuals/smaller family groups within extended family session). Please reach out to discuss this, as additional time and cost may be involved to accommodate your requirements.
Every family is unique! Larger groups just need additional time and management during the shoot, which may incur extra costs. Please reach out if you have a group larger than 6 people to discuss the best options for you.
Generally, mini (20min) sessions are suitable for up to 4 people, to allow both individual portraits and group shots. If budget is an issue, we can accommodate up to 6 people in a 20min shoot, but will not have time for individual/smaller combos.
The longer (45min) sessions are better suited to capturing different combinations of people from larger groups (up to 8) while still capturing some individual/smaller group shots. We can accommodate a few more if focusing on group shots.

I will be offering themed mini shoots for Valentine's Day (also available: Galentine's Day and Sweet Singles Self-Love shoots), Easter and Christmas. Other themes and occasions may be added in future.
Currently, these will all be outdoor shoots and may involve props and sets, as advised at the time of your booking.
Private creative/themed (extended) shoots are also available, where we build your unique concept to showcase your personality.
